The Villas at Claymont Springs is a quiet, cul-du-sac subdivision consisting of 27 craftsman style homes. All homes are fee simple, single family homes that offer low maintenance exteriors. The HOA takes lawn maintenance off your plate, freeing up more of your time to focus on more important things. Currently, we are down to our last few lots available in this community.

The Villas at Claymont Springs is conveniently located in the Crestwood area, just off HWY 329. This location is in close proximity of I-71 interstate access, South Oldham Schools, and all of the shopping/dining amenities Crestwood has to offer.

The Villas of Claymont Springs homeowners pay $125 per month. The HOA cares for lawn, landscaping, & common area maintenance. In addition, there are annual dues of $150, and a one time fee of $250 for new homeowners at closing.

The Crestwood location means... convenience! Enjoy easy access to I-71 exit 14, along with close proximity to shopping and dining.

We are down to our last few lots in this community! Please inquire and we can work with you to design a plan specific to these lots. Overall, existing homes in this community range from the mid $300ks into the high $400ks.
