We are so excited to take part in Homearama this year to market this beautiful home built & designed by Key Homes LLC, and furnished by JL Interiors.
Situated in Oldham County in The Commons neighborhood, we hope you’ll follow along as we offer a different take on the Homearama experience. For the first year ever, Homearama is hosting a scattered site event with homes in various neighborhoods throughout Oldham & Jefferson counties.
Our home will have a smaller footprint & price point than some homes in Homearama’s past, while still offering the beautiful design and cutting edge ideas that make the event worth attending! Our goal is to showcase a gorgeous home at an attainable price point for a lot of prospective buyers.

The Location
The Rosemary Cottage is located in The Commons neighborhood in the Buckner area of Oldham County. The Commons offers convenient access to I-71, Oldham County Country Club, Oldham County Schools, and the YMCA. The connectivity to other neighborhoods makes it easy to get out and ride bikes or walk dogs. It also makes gathering with neighbors a breeze!
The Team
We’re all about keeping it local with The Rosemary Cottage! Billy, the owner of Key Homes & Sam, the owner of Finely Crafted Realty are both Buckner area business owners and residents. In fact, both of us live on Cedar Point road. Jordan, the owner of JL Interiors is also a Buckner area business and a resident of LaGrange. We’re your neighbors, we’re who you pass when you’re out walking your dog, we’re the fellow parents at your kids school, we’re the folks you run into when you grab a bite to eat at Gustavo’s… We’re invested in this community. It is of paramount importance to us to build, market and sell quality homes that are desirable in our area!
Event Details
Tickets to tour the Homearama home can be purchased in advance for $12 by visiting www.homearama.com,
or they can be purchased at the door for $15. Entry into the home requires a ticket

Saturday 9/30, 10/7, 10/14 from 10-6

In addition to the regular show hours, we are hosting a bunch of events. All of our outdoor events including the food trucks & live music are public events that can be attended without a ticket. So feel free to stop by and grab dinner for the family.
We encourage you to walk through the home, but it's not a requirement. Please keep in mind this is a neighborhood setting with street parking that is first come, first serve.
