We're Growing! Welcome Jordan to Finely Crafted Realty
Welcome, Jordan!
Exciting days over here at Finely Crafted Realty!
Business has been getting to the point that we really needed to add a team member in order to continue to serve our clients, but we also wanted to be super selective in who we decided to bring on board. Enter- Jordan, who's joined Finely Crafted Realty as a real estate agent. She's going to do big things! To introduce her, we thought it would be neat to do a little interview. Keep reading to get to know her a little better!
Why real estate?
There were a lot of factors. My mom and dad have always known that I would be some form of an entrepreneur. In college I became deeply interested in design, architecture and historic preservation. I saw real estate as a way to satisfy both my drive to be an entrepreneur, as well as my creative interests. Ultimately, however, it was the relational aspect that I was most drawn to. What I've learned about myself is that I am at my very best, when I'm helping someone else reach their goals. Helping someone to purchase what may be their biggest investment in life thus far is a huge responsibility. It will be so fulfilling watching clients reach those milestones.
What do you think sets you apart and will help you serve your clients?
I am young for my profession. Some may view this as a disadvantage but I would argue just the opposite! I am highly driven, energetic and detail-oriented, which means I’ll operate on your behalf efficiently. My knowledge of new technologies allows me to implement clever and strategic marketing, and I am experienced in doing so. What I am most inspired to create for my clients is an experience that goes beyond taking them through the motions. I am extremely positive, which you can never underestimate the importance of. I'm highly thorough and incapable of cutting corners. By means of regular and timely communication, I offer support from the moment the process begins up until you are moved into your new home.
What is your background?
I was born in Oldham County and have lived here my entire life. My family has been planted here since Oldham County was run by farms. With that, there is a special place in my heart for historic preservation in my hometown La Grange. I serve as a volunteer on the marketing committee for Downtown La Grange’s Main Street Program. I graduated from Oldham County High School and then attended the University of Kentucky where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. In Lexington, I was active in my sorority, participated in volunteer work for the Ronald McDonald House and worked for 3 different local businesses. In my spare time, my favorite thing to do was walk around the many historic neighborhoods there.
What is your favorite local restaurant?

What is your favorite local event?
As a morning person, the La Grange Farmer’s Market has been my favorite place since I was a kid. Nowadays, I start at La Grange Coffee Roasters and then go booth to booth drinking coffee. They’ll start back up this summer on Saturday, May 13th!
