Changing the Open House Game with a Sip & See

We had a blast last night at our first Sip & See open house event! In true Finely Crafted Realty fashion, we quickly tired of the same old Sunday open houses and decided to do something about it! And so, the Sip & See was born.

What exactly is a Sip & See? Basically a fun spin on a typical open house. We pick a mid-week evening, market the event across all of our channels & invite all the neighbors.

Then, we prep a killer spread of light bites and beverages, set it all up, and open the doors to let people tour.
