​For those of you that follow along on our Instagram, you may have noticed that we threw a little shin-dig off of Plantside Drive in Louisville yesterday. ​It's no secret that we love to entertain, and it just so happens that our newest client does, too. Funny enough, a division of this company is dedicated to event planning. ​We ​knew we had ​to host an event to kick off marketing this fantastic commercial space. ​​​By the time we finished brainstorming our game plan, this is what we ​planned for:

  • Open House style tours of the property

  • ​Picnic ​themed luncheon for ​interested business-owners and investors

  • ​FREE Chick-fil-a for all!

The Event

After hand-delivering invitations to ​several​​​​ businesses ​throughout Bluegrass Industrial park, we were thrilled with our turnout. The weather was 78 degrees and breezy, while our seating area was perfectly shaded by an old tree in front of the building.Visitors could take a tour of the property and then grab their free lunch and bottomless Chick-fil-a sweet tea ​and lemonade. The property is over 6,000 sq ft in office space and 6,500 in warehouse space so it's a lot to think over! Those interested could eat their lunch and look over the​ floor plans, reflect on their tour and ask their individual questions.

​The Property

The best aspect of this property is that it's multi-tenant capable. There are three ​different spaces that can be separately leased out. Don't need that much square footage? No problem. It will be a great leasing opportunity for other businesses.​

Located near Hurstbourne Lane, this building has two addresses: 2216 & 2214 Plantside Drive and the upstairs of 2216 can be it's own section.
